Kuhn Capital Initiates Sale Of Xenergy To Kema
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS November, 2000 — KEMA Consulting announced this month its acquisition of Xenergy, a leading energy industry consulting firm. Kuhn Capital initiated this all-cash transaction and advised Xenergy on it.
Xenergy, which provides management consulting, IT, research and marketing services to the energy industry, is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts and employs about 175 professionals with sales of about $25 million. The company maintains offices throughout the U.S. and in Canada.
KEMA, Inc., parent of KEMA Consulting, a global consulting, testing, and R&D firm for the electric power industry, is headquartered in Arnhem, The Netherlands with offices in ten countries. More than 1,400 KEMA specialists serve the power industry worldwide.
