VC's Merge

August 12

In an unusual move for the industry, Novus Ventures -- a VC specializing in early-stage tech investments with $110 million under management -- said today it has merged with Artemis Ventures, whose $10 million AV II Fund makes seed investments in enterprise software, communications and network infrastructure.
